Updates:
The Paranormal Seekers recently
completed an over night investigation at the beautiful Eaton Hall located in
King City, Ontario. It was an amazing experience and we have tons of
information and footage to look through. Hopefully soon we will be able to share
this story with you. We are looking forward to many more outdoor
investigations as the weather will permit us.

We have a new investigation secure, but
are trying to find dates where most of our team can go. Now that the snow
has finally melted we will be able to do some outdoor investigations!

Updates:
We are in talks with a potential
investigation at the moment, we will keep you filled in. Although we are always
looking for reader's suggestions and information on new potential

on any leads to possibly haunted locations. We will email, phone or mail
out an information package regarding our group for further details. Please note,
the Paranormal Seekers do not trespass on private property. Please take a look

So, some updates with the
group!
We just finished another investigation in Lindsay. Thanks to all of you who made
it to our Seminar in Oshawa, it went very well. Please take a look at a new
article written about us in
The Chronicle Newspaper,
as well as our interview on the radio station 94.9 The Rock on the Media page.
We are
currently looking for new investigations, if you have any information regarding
a new site we can venture to, email us
paranormal_seekers@yahoo.com.
If you own a location you believed to be haunted and are willing to let us stay
for an overnight investigation, we would be happy to send an information package
to your mailing address.
We have just discussed conducting investigations in residential homes/buildings and have decided to take it on for a test run. Before we decide to investigate there will be a screening process including interviews on a person to person basis. Once this is completed we will let you know if your case has been accepted.

We have posted a video on our 'Building in Lindsay' ghost stories page. We will be posting two more videos for that investigation soon. The video we have posted is what happened during the
séance we performed to contact the ghosts who haunt the building. Check it out!

We would also like to announce that we will be hosting another seminar on Spooky Tales. It will take place on Tuesday, January 29th, 2008 at 7pm at the Jess Hann Branch of the Oshawa Public Library. We are currently looking for new
investigations for the new year. We have come across two possible investigations
but have yet to find the funds to do so. We have finally posted our `Building
in Lindsay` Ghost Story! I'm sure most of you have already heard the audio
from that night. I believe it is my favourite investigation because there was a
great deal of poltergeist activity and the basement appeared to be right out of
a horror movie! Pictures will be posted soon, I have been having some technical
difficulties with my computer.

We regret to inform are
loyal readers that Brenda has decided to depart from the group. We wish her all
the best in her new journey.
In other news, we have taken on 2 new members. One is official and the other is
currently undergoing their probation period. So we would like everyone to give a
warm welcome to Crystal, our newest member. Crystal will be helping the group
with her abilities as a medium. We look forward to many fun investigations with
her.

IMPORTANT,
we have just found out that there is a group posting ads claiming to be us on
www.usedoshawa.com.
THIS IS NOT US!!!
They do not even spell their ad correctly! It also says they are located in the
Durham Region, but provide a service to go to local haunted houses. We would
just like to take this time to warn you, because we do not want our group
confused with this one. We have no association with them at all and do not
charge for anything we do. Their ad claims they have been to some of the places
we have been, but give Jester's Court the wrong name and call EVP's, EMP's.

We have recently been contacted by numerous
people who have said that they have enjoyed talking to us up on Ghost Road in
Port Perry. Unfortunately we have not visited that area in these time periods.
If you have come in contact or think you have, with the "Paranormal Seekers" on
Ghost Road, or any other place within the Durham Region, please let us know and
tell us about the situation. We will inform you if this was in fact us or
not.
We are a group that takes pride in our image, and have plenty of documentation
that shows that we have been The Paranormal Seekers since 2004. If you do come
in contact with us, do not hesitate in asking us to show that we are, who we say
we are.

It is a very busy day for us today! If you don't already know we have our free
seminar "Oshawa Ghost Stories"

Free
Spooky Seminar! For all of you that live in the Durham Area, we will
be putting on a presentation/seminar/question period for the Oshawa Library.
It will be held at the McLaughlin
Auditorium on October 31st at 7pm and it's totally FREE!!!
You just have to register for the seminar before-hand to attend. There will
be door prizes to be given away!!!

We
are all very excited about last night! As I wrote before we were going on an
investigation this weekend! We were given the great pleasure of investigating
Fort Henry in Kingston, Ontario! We pretty much had the whole run of the place
to ourselves all night. It was an amazing experience and we will be posting
a story about it soon. I have also updated the Jester's Court with some pictures.

have just updated our Dundurn Castle page and added pictures. As well as our
Salem Cemetery ghost story. We have quite a few pictures for that one. Please

It's
the middle of summer and things are just getting underway. We all took a bit
of time off for summer, and during that time Amanda and Donny got married. So
Congrats to them! We are still waiting for an update from the producer of 'Rescue
Mediums', as to whether or not they are interested in doing a show. We had met
with him previously and now we are just waiting. We picked the perfect spot
for a pilot show, and have been give the green light for it! The best part is
that even if we do not get a camera crew or even the show, we still get to go
to this amazingly haunted place! As we begin to count down the days to this
investigation, excitement grows! But unfortunately for all of you, the location
is a secret! Its name won't be told until after we have investigated.
In other news, we are also planning on a return visit to Lindsay in the near
future, to investigate further into things. The story from our May 2007 visit
to Lindsay should be up within the next couple of weeks. So keep checking back!

This
Saturday night we visited a haunted location in Lindsay, Ontario. We stayed
over night at a 3 storey building with many ghosts including poltergeist activity.
We have never caught so much EVP in all our investigation as we did there! We
are so excited and we will be posting our findings as soon as possible! Stay
tuned and check back in our ghost stories for more!

We
have just put up pictures for some of our ghost stories including the Station
Gallery, Whitby Centennial Building, Albion Falls and Screaming Tunnel. Our schedules
have been very hectic, but soon we will be going on another investigation up
to Jester's Court for dinner and then Ghost Road near the end of this month.
We said we wouldn't go back, but we'll take our chances. Brenda can protect
us!lol We have also planned a last minute trip to another haunted location but
we will update you on a later date.

We
just did a 4 hour investigation of the Lindsay Academy Theatre, along with the
show "In Studio", Marion and Bill. They are doing an episode on us
coming up in the next month or so. We will post the air date when we have it
confirmed. The show airs Thursday nights on CHEX TV Durham. We all had
a great time
and Amanda tried out her abilities once again, and was very accurate.

Seekers will be re-visiting the Lindsay Academy Theatre shortly. Amanda and
Donny have never been there so it will a brand new experience for them! We have

have just updated the Inn at the Falls story. We have added the history and
a page of experiences from others who work or have stayed at the Inn. Also a
little story about Sarah, a ghost who doesn't want to leave! It has been a little
while since we have updated! Sorry for the wait. It has been so busy for all
of us since Christmas, but we have been been trying to contact new locations
for future investigations.

So we got up early and met Janice
Golding for our CTV, CFTO News filming. Only Brenda, Amanda and Rachel
could go. They followed us around asking us things about the Automotive Museum
and we witnessed some strange occurances there. One was one of the chains that
keep people from touching the cars started swinging on its own, banging sounds,
major temperature drop upstairs and spirits moving around in the back area.
A lot of what was taped was cut out, but thats what happens when its only 3
minutes lol...We were on at noon, 6pm and in the morning. It was an awesome
experience!!! Check out some of our story on the Automotive

CTV News!!!
So today Rachel and Amanda were watching CTV News at Noon. They had a bit on
Ghosts, and so we of course decided to call in! We talked about our visits to
haunted places and to our surprise CTV wants to do an interview with us on Halloween!!!!

Update! The Oshawa Express Newspaper has distrubuted their current issue with
an article about our group! We will try to scan that and post it on this website
for your convenience. Please be advised we are writing the stories about the
Automotive Museum in Oshawa and the Bowmanville Museum!
Our next investigation will be at the Inn at the Falls located in Bracebridge,
Ontario. We are looking forward to some new hauntings!

Update! Brenda and Rachel were just on TV again promoting the Paranormal Seekers
& The Oshawa Ghost Road. Brenda and Rachel were interviewed by Rogers TV
and aired on Thursday July 20th, 2006 on Channel 12.
The group visited a church that has been closed up for awhile and a community hall that also hasn't been used in sometime...well not by the living anyways!
Sorry I have not been on the ball here getting our infor up and maintaining the site. College is done and adjusting to the working world again is stressful needless to say *smiles*
